Autumn Truong is the Social Media Manager of Corporate Communications at Cisco Systems. Her role is continually evolving to reflect the ever-changing social media landscape but for now, she oversees the social media strategy and programs which includes social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and immersive virtual environments.
